Exchange Policy
Our return/exchange policy lasts 7 Business days from the receipt of the products by you. Exchange is subject to the availability in size.
No return/exchange will be processed if not intimated within 7 days.
Kindly note, the returned item must be in the original, unused and resellable condition including packaging.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including the original packaging.
For Exchange, take care of the shoe sole and leather markings while you’re trying for fits.
If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please use on a clean surface to avoid sole damages.
We will require an image of the sole to approve your request. Failing to provide the same will result in rejection of your exchange / return request. Subject to quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 1 working day from receipt at our end.
We provide free exchange for products on the website.
Customised orders are non exchangeable and non returnable.
In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at orders@zufr.in with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Post which the return policy will apply
Cancellation Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@zufr.in and send your item to: Manas Vasudha CHS 209/210, Plot 68, Sec 5, Ulwe - 410206, Behind Radcliffe School.
