Shipping Policy

Your orders are processed as soon as we receive them. Typically, 2-3 Business days for RTW collection and 14 Business days for Made To Order collection.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.

All products have the timeline mentioned on the product page.

If by any chance, we aren’t able to process your order, we’ll get in touch with you accordingly.

Standard Shipping is free for all customers across India.

For foreign shipments, please get in touch with us by email at orders@zufr.in and we will arrange it at the cost as per your delivery locations.

We aren’t doing one day delivery at any cost.

Processing the order normally takes 2 to 3 business days and then standard shipping normally takes 5-7 business days for delivery for Ready To Wear Collection.

We do not ship backorders as of now.

We aim to keep our items on our website in stock.

If you place an order and somehow it isn’t in stock, we’ll inform you promptly and refund you he amount in 4 to 7 business days. 

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders.

We are tied up with Bluedart, Shiprocket and TrackOn for shipping and we do provide deliveries with them only. You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility.

The deliveries will be attempted thrice at the delivery address. If no response, we’ll consider the order as cancelled.
