Return And Refund

Fixed return shipping charges of Rs 300/- will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. You can choose to ship the product to address (Plot 68, Sec 5, Ulwe 410206 Behind Radcliffe School) by yourself to avoid the charge. 

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your receipt of the product, unfortunately, our system won’t accept the request.

To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, including the original packaging.

For Exchange, take care of the shoe sole and leather markings while you’re trying for fits.

If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please us on a clean surface to avoid sole damages.

We will require an image of the sole to approve your request. Failing to provide the same will result in rejection of your exchange / return request. Subject to quality check, we will dispatch your exchanged order within 1 working day from receipt at our end.

The product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. ZUFR has the right to refuse to return a product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note refunds will be processed 3 to 4 days after the return parcel is received at our end.
